Production: Foam kits are cut to order. Standard production takes 3–4 weeks unless a rush schedule is selected.

What's Included
• One 3" flat-cut high-density foam base panel
Shaped to match the outline of your bench frame. No contouring or beveling required.
• One 1" high-density foam backrest panel
Ships slightly oversized for easy trimming during install.
These are the same materials we use in our in-shop installations — clean, functional, and ideal for daily drivers, work trucks, and DIY rebuilds. The foam trims easily and does not require specialized equipment.
Fit Note
This is a **flat-bottom foam kit** designed to sit **on top of your seat springs**.
It is **not** a molded, latex-poured, or frame-insert style foam.
If your project requires a foam core that fits *inside* the frame cavity, this kit will **not** be a match.
Production Time
Please allow **3–4 weeks** for production.

Optional Tools & Extras
Depending on your project, you may find these items helpful during installation:
• **Upholstery adhesive**
For bonding foam layers or securing foam to the frame before installing your new cover.
• **Electric carving knife or long-blade utility knife**
Makes trimming the backrest panel smooth and clean.
• **Heavy-duty scissors**
Useful for shaping edges and quick adjustments.
• **Burlap or jute sheet (optional)**
Adds a clean barrier layer between springs and foam on older frames.
• **Hog rings + pliers**
Only needed if you’re replacing or re-tensioning spring hardware during your rebuild.
None of these items are required for every install, but they make the process easier, cleaner, and closer to our in-shop workflow.

Because each seat is custom built to your material, color, and stitch specs, we cannot accept returns once production has begun.
