RETURN POLICY
Made-to-Order Products
Every B62 seat kit is made to order in your chosen materials, layout, and year/make pattern.
Because of this customization, returns are generally not accepted.
Return Eligibility (Case-by-Case)
If a return is approved:
- A 20% restocking fee will apply
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Items must be new, uninstalled, and undamaged
- All components will be inspected before a refund is issued
Packages returned damaged, altered, installed, incomplete, or improperly packed may be refused and returned to the customer.
Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not returnable:
- Custom orders
- Unique color/material combinations
- Custom patterning
- Clearance, discounted, or sale items
- Customer-supplied materials
- Foam kits that have been opened or allowed to expand
- Installed or modified upholstery
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you believe your order contains an error, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. I will review the issue and replace anything incorrect.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours with no penalty. After 24 hours, materials will have been ordered or cut for your build. Cancellations made after this point receive a 50% refund.
