Shipping Methods

  • Seat kits ship via UPS Ground
  • Foam kits may ship vacuum-sealed for cost savings
  • Swatches and small items ship USPS
  • Tracking is provided for all outgoing shipments

Processing & Turnaround

Your order begins production according to the current queue and the turnaround time listed on the website.

Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
B62 is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact me immediately
  • Include photos if applicable

I will handle the carrier claim and ensure you receive the correct replacement.

International Shipping

International orders are welcomed.

Please note: Import Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in B62 shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility. These fees vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority.

Customs Delays

Customs inspections may delay delivery. B62 is not responsible for customs-related delays.
