Give your truck’s interior a clean, cohesive finish with a custom headliner wrap made from premium automotive vinyl or cloth. Each wrap kit arrives oversized so you can cover and trim your existing headliner board for a tailored, factory-clean look.

- Ships as flat, oversized wrap material (no headliner board included)
- Designed to be glued and wrapped over your existing headliner board
- Coordinates with B62 seat kits, panel wraps, and visors
Fitment Notes: Headliner wrap kits are trimmed to fit during installation. Select your year/make so we can size your material generously for your truck generation. If unsure, a quick photo or measurement set will help us confirm sizing.

What's Included
Each B62 headliner wrap kit includes:
- Pre-cut material in your selected size tier
- Extra trimming margin around all edges
- Your choice of stitched, diamond, or smooth layouts
- A flat, unmounted sheet designed to wrap your existing headliner board
Headliner boards are not included.
Size Options
Choose the wrap size tier that matches your truck:
Classic Cab Headliner Wrap — $195
For most classic trucks (single-piece wraps) requiring up to ~36" × 54".
Examples:
Chevy 1956–72, Ford 1953–60, GMC equivalents.
Ford 1961–66 is offered as CENTER-PANEL ONLY and fits this tier.
Full-Size Cab Headliner Wrap — $245–$260
For mid-size, one-piece 1960s–1980s headliners that exceed the Classic Cab footprint.
Examples:
Ford 1967–72 • Chevy 1973–87 • Ford 1973–79 regular cab.
XL / Oversize Cab Headliner Wrap — $295–$325
For large or multi-piece headliners requiring extra material.
Examples:
Chevy/GMC 1948–55 (two-piece) • Ford 1973–79 SuperCab • Ford 1980–86 • vans and customs.
Pattern Orientation
Vertical stitched patterns run front → back (windshield to rear window).
Diamonds are centered.
Smooth/no-stitch wraps may be installed in either orientation.
If you prefer a rotated stitch direction, note it at checkout.
Fit & Compatibility
Designed for most flat or lightly contoured classic-truck headliner boards.
- Works with original boards and aftermarket replacements
- Cracked or crumbling boards may require replacement
- Multi-piece or molded plastic headliners may need trimming
- 1961–1966 Ford full one-piece headliner is not offered due to excessive size

Installation Notes
DIY-friendly installation:
- Remove your headliner board
- Clean and prep the surface
- Apply upholstery adhesive to both surfaces
- Smooth the material from center outward
- Wrap excess to the back
- Trim openings for visors, dome lights, etc.
Dry-fit first before applying adhesive.
Production Time & Shipping
- Production time: 3–4 weeks unless a seat kit is ordered at the same time - then it will ship with the seat kit in 6-8 weeks.

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Recommended tools:
- Upholstery adhesive
- Plastic smoothing tool or roller
- Sharp knife or scissors
- Masking tape + marker
- Staple gun (for wood/composite boards)
Returns/Cancellations
Because each seat is custom built to your material, color, and stitch specs, we cannot accept returns once production has begun.
