Due to the custom nature of the items we create, once an order is placed, it can not be canceled. All sales are final.  Only items damaged in transit will be exchanged.
 
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the seat at hello@b62upholstery.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement.
Our current turn around time for custom upholstery is 6 weeks.
