🕒 Production Timeline

All seat kits and foam kits are made to order.
Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before your item ships.

If you’re working with a tight deadline, we may be able to accommodate a rush request for an additional fee. Reach out before ordering to check availability.

🚚 Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S. on all foam and seat kits.

International shipping is available! Please contact us before placing an order for a custom shipping quote based on your location.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations unless previously approved. However, we always strive to be fair and clear about expectations — especially when it comes to foam kits.

❗️Foam Kit Return Policy

If a return is authorized for a foam kit, the following conditions apply:

• Foam must be unused, uninstalled, and in like-new condition
• All components must be returned, including:
  • 4 yards of burlap
  • Hog rings
  • Pliers
• Kits returned with pet hair, odor, dirt, or signs of exposure will incur a 25% restocking fee
• Missing components will be deducted at current retail value (e.g., installation kit: $38.99)

Foam kits are cut to match your specific bench frame. We cannot accept returns on used or incomplete kits. If you’re unsure whether this kit is the right fit for your truck, just reach out — we’re happy to help before you place an order.
