Foam Kit

If you’ve got the perfect ride but are dealing with old or outdated base foam—or worse, some lingering odors from past residents (hello, mice!)—then it’s time to refresh what’s underneath your upholstery! Introducing “The Cush,” our truck bench base foam kit that includes everything you need: one 3” thick high-density, shaped bottom bench foam piece, one 1.5” thick high-density foam piece for the bench back that you can custom shape during installation, 4 yards of burlap to create a fresh barrier layer between the springs and foam, plus hog rings and pliers for easy burlap installation.

Since this is made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for production. If you need it sooner, rush orders are often possible for an additional fee, so just drop me an email before ordering to see if we can make that happen. We also ship internationally, so feel free to ask about shipping charges before you finalize your purchase.

Just a quick note: since each foam kit is custom shaped for your specified year and make, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.

Also, keep in mind that there are two types of aftermarket foam kits: one with a flat bottom that rests on top of your springs (that’s our style) and another that’s latex pressure molded foam that sits inside your frame (which we currently don’t offer).

So, make sure this flat bottom foam kit is what you need before placing your order, as cancellations or returns won’t be an option.
